Photo-Therapy
What is it?
Photo-Therapy is a deeply personal and transformative photography experience designed for those who feel uncomfortable, unseen, or unconfident in front of the camera.
It’s not about posing. It’s not about being “photogenic.”
It’s about reconnecting with yourself, breaking inner barriers, and seeing your own beauty and presence – often for the first time.
During the session, there are no expectations, no pressure to perform, and no need to “look a certain way.” We focus on creating a safe, calm, and honest space where you can just be yourself – and where that is more than enough.
Whether you’ve had negative experiences with photography, struggle with self-image, or simply want to feel seen in a new light – this experience is for you.
Why I Offer Photo-Therapy
I created this project because I believe in authenticity and real connection – not perfection.
I know that over 90% of people feel tension or discomfort in front of a camera. I want to change that.
As a photographer, this is my way of giving back:
💛 Helping people with what I do best – photography and real, human conversation.
🎨 Giving myself the freedom to shoot intuitively, outside commercial constraints.
🔧 Using each session as a space to experiment with new techniques and technology.
🤝 Creating moments of genuine emotional exchange – something we all need more of.
Who is it for?
Anyone who feels anxious, unphotogenic, or disconnected from their appearance
People healing from trauma, low self-esteem, or body image issues
Those who want to experience a different kind of photo session – one that transforms, not just captures
Is it free?
If you apply for yourself, and there is a real emotional need to experience Photo-Therapy, the session is free of charge. It is an exchange of trust and creative freedom.
If you would like to gift this experience to someone else – a friend, colleague, or loved one – sessions are available starting at €300
